2013 Summer Weekly Children's Garden

Planting

The Children's Garden is THE place for hands-on discovery, creativity, growing adventures, and nature fun. It's a place where kids get to taste their accomplishments and use their imagination. Two gardeners will tend a kid-size plot of vegetables and flowers throughout the summer. Our harvest will be used during the class and the extra bounty will be brought home. All gardeners and their families are invited to the evening garden celebration on Wednesday, August 14 from 6-8pm. Fee includes snack, project supplies, Children's Garden t-shirt, and a cookbook with the recipes we made during class.
