Mon., Jan. 28, 1-2:30 p.m., Friends regular meeting, Snyder Auditorium. Greg Brick, hydrogeologist, award-winning spelunker, and author of Subterranean Twin Cities, will speak on local mushroom caves.  Copies of his book will be available for purchase and signing.

Mon., April 22, 1 p.m., Friends regular meeting, Snyder Auditorium. Professor Lee Frelich, Research Associate and Director of the University of Minnesota Center for Forest Ecology will be speaking on, "Invasive Earthworms in Minnesota."

Mon., July 22, 1 p.m., Friends annual meeting, Snyder Auditorium. Dr. Brian O'Brien, Professor of Chemistry, Gustavus Adolphus College, will be speaking on "Strange and Startling Palnts from Around the World."
