Arboretum Catering is committed to protecting and improving the environment. We work to reduce our environmental footprint while providing a wide variety of food and beverage options. Arboretum Catering develops and implements environmental stewardship programs and polices within the areas ofsustainable food, responsible procurement, energy and water conservation, transportation and waste stream management. In support of local agriculture, Arboretum Catering has developed an on-going partnership with MidwestFood Alliance, an organization providing certification of products grown with environmentally friendly and socially responsible agricultural practices. The Arboretum gardens provide a variety of locally-grown produce options for catering to utilize to offer the freshest menus available.
We invite you to use our catering service for your next lunch, dinner, banquet, meeting, party or social gathering. 2013 Group Tastings for Weddings
Arboretum Catering offers three opportunities this year for tasting several months before your wedding reception. Tastings are in group format and will offer a variety of menu items to enjoy, along with asking questions. Buttercream Bakery will be on-site to offer cake tastings, Festivities will highlight specialty linen and décor, and Catering will have our three tiers of wine available for tasting. The group tastings will take place on:
- Sunday, Feb. 24 at 11 a.m., Snyder Tea Room (All About Weddings Fair)
- Thursday, April 11 at 6 p.m., Snyder Auditorium
- Sunday, May 5 at noon, Snyder Auditorium
Please RSVP two weeks prior to your preferred tasting date, along with the number of guests attending. When selecting a wedding package, up to four guests (including the bride and groom) are included to attend a group tasting. Additional guests are welcome to attend for an additional fee.
