Sarah Palm

Sarah Palm is part of the University of Minnesota’s Nature-Based Therapeutic Services - a collaboration between the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum and Earl E. Bakken Center for Spirituality and Healing.  She wears a number of hats: as nature-based therapy program specialist, lead in animal-assisted interventions, and lead of the Nature Heals Initiative.  Her work includes nature-based programming to diverse groups in and around the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. She specializes in creative and safe ways for people to access and engage in the healing powers of plants, animals and nature.

When Sarah is not helping people with plants and nature, she is a volunteer and fosters for Minnesota Sheltie Rescue, a Team Evaluator for Pet Partners, and keeps busy training her own dogs in the sport of canine agility.
