Reedy Gallery Presents 'Here Comes the Sun'

The Reedy Gallery celebrates the interplay of natural light and shadow in Here Comes the Sun, an exhibition of 26 paintings in oil, watercolor and other mediums.

The artworks range from landscapes and seascapes to floral studies in a variety of sizes, exquisitely rendered on canvas by 20 talented artists. Kirong Liu will be included for the first time in the Reedy Gallery. One of his paintings took first place at the 2010 Minnesota State Fair.

Informal guided tours will be offered Saturday and Sunday, May 20 & 21, June 11 & 12, and July 16 & 17, 1-3 p.m. Keith Wilcock of the Wilcock Gallery in Excelsior will be on hand to provide fascinating background information and insight about the exhibiting artists.

All art is for sale through the Arboretum Gift Store and a portion of proceeds benefit the Arboretum.
