$265 member/$295 non-member, includes Arboretum admission and project supplies plus the added value of an extra lunch hour (bring your own bag lunch) filled with bonus games and activities.

Wild About Wildlife
Special Guest: Live reptiles from The Reptile Experience Become a wildlife biologist on the hunt for signs of animal and insect life at the Arb using nets, microscopes, binoculars, and homemade bug vacuums! Make new discoveries about adaptation and behavior through group games and eye-opening demonstrations.
- Animals are masters of camouflage! Learn about the tricks they use to hide in plain sight
- Create animal tracks, observe scat, and mix seed bombs to attract new animal visitors
- Dive deep into the world of insects, and suit up like a beekeeper to get an up-close look inside a honey bee hive!Hold a snake, pet a tortoise, and get an up-close look at live reptiles and other surprise guests of the animal kingdom!
AFTERNOON
Incredible Edible Cooking Challenge
Enjoy the yummiest week at the Arb! Explore the world through your taste buds as you harvest, wash and prepare ingredients from Arboretum gardens to create delicious dishes, snacks and desserts.
- Transform easy-to-make foods into extra fancy delights!
- Explore how food is grown and gets to your plate
- Learn basic kitchen safety and cooking techniques
- Put your new culinary skills to the test in a friendly Thursday cooking challenge!
**FULL-DAY camps combine morning and afternoon themed camps, separated by a fun lunch hour. These camps are offered bundled together as full-day only, and are not available individually as half-day options. Full day also offers flexible extended drop off and pick-up times: Drop off between 8:30-9:00 a.m.; Pick up between 4:00-4:30 p.m.

COVID SAFETY Review the Arboretum's 2022 Day Camp COVID-19 safety protocols, which are subject to change
CANCELLATION POLICY: Camps may be refunded up to 30 days prior to the camp start date for a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given to those who withdraw less than 30 days prior to the start date. Should the Arboretum need to cancel the program for any reason, a full refund will be given. See full Youth Education cancellation policy.
CAMP WAIVER/RELEASE: Adults registering children for in-person Arboretum Day Camps accept the terms of the waiver and release as part of the online checkout process.

Waitlist The best chance of being enrolled in a sold out class is to add your name to the waitlist. Click the "waitlist" button or link next to the class and complete the form. There is no obligation to register if a spot opens. If the waitlist shows enough demand, additional sessions may be added.
