When will I get my refund/credit for my class?

ADULT PROGRAMS: We need to hear from you to issue you a credit, refund, or donation! If your class is fully canceled, you will receive an email notification from our registration office. You can reply to that email, or proactively contact us at the information listed below. Our team is staying safe and working remotely from their homes*.
*If you receive a phone call from us, it may be from a personal number as we work remotely from our homes.

KIDS PROGRAMS: Registration fees for canceled programs (Day Camps, Children's Garden and Summer PeaPods, Family Programs, Self-Guided Tours, Summer Field Trips) have been automatically refunded to your account.

Consider donating your refund: Arboretum summer programs allow us to share the joy of nature with children of all backgrounds year-round. If you are in a position to consider donating back a portion of your refund to support the ongoing work of youth education in light of our current financial difficulty, you can donate here. (Note that your registration fee is being automatically refunded, so donations will be a new transaction). Thank you for your consideration, we are so grateful for your support.

Can I cancel my own registration online?

Our registration system does not have the ability to process cancellations online. Please contact us (see contact info below) and we will process your cancellation for you.

My Adult Education class is scheduled to happen September 1 or later. Will it be canceled or postponed?

We are hopeful that safe conditions will exist to hold classes again soon, some August classes have not been canceled (see "What is NOT canceled" below); we are exploring safe ways to hold these programs. If a future class in September or beyond needs to be canceled or postponed, all registrants will be contacted and offered a choice of a full refund, credit or donation of their class fee.

What is NOT canceled?

Most Adult Classes after September 1 are currently still open for registration!

We are running (and will continue to run)

I am interested in a future class. Can I register for that?

Classes after September 1 are currently still open for registration! You may register for any available class that is listed! However, in this evolving climate, we cannot guarantee all classes will run. Rest assured that if we need to cancel a future class, all registered participants will be contacted and offered a credit, refund, or donation option.
