Towering outdoor steel and bronze sculptures by acclaimed artist Steve Tobin -
in their Minnesota debut - will be installed in February. Look for Steelroots around
the Oswald Visitor Center and along a half-mile paved walk to the Maze Garden,
rising in scale as the landscape changes from intimate gardens to groves of
towering oaks and pines.
"On 9/11, we found out about the power of all our unseen connections, the things that nurture us that are hidden below the surface," Tobin told The New York Times in 2005. Read his artist's statement.
