Holiday Gourmet Dinner Friday, Dec. 18, 6:30 to 9 p.m. Fireplace Room, Snyder Building
Celebrate the season with this multi-course holiday repast and wine pairings. Enjoy beet consume, duck confit with wild mushroom ganache, five-spice molasses short ribs and flourless chocolate torte. Beverages and appetizers begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Snyder Building lobby; dinner is served at 7 p.m. $60 members; $65 non-members. Seating is limited.
