Top off your day on a fun and flavorful note with the Arboretum's Top it Off Appetizers Class. Most of the preparation is already done - your group puts it together and enjoys!

You may choose to participate in the appetizers preparation or just observe - whatever you choose, it's a casual and delicious get together.

Time: 1 hour in length. You may choose to start at 4 or 7 pm or somewhere in between.

One of our celebrated chefs prepares a fabulous meal for your gathering and everyone dines together family style. Menus highlight seasonal foods and locally produced ingredients and the chef shares cooking techniques and recipes. Three wine tastings paired with the courses further enhance your special evening.

A flavorful gathering with abundance from the earth - a uniquely Arboretum experience. Choose apples, wine grapes, honey or tea as your subject focus and learn about them from Arboretum experts. In addition, your group will sample to their taste buds' delight, and compare and contrast the different varieties!
Time: 1.5 hour in length.
