Reedy Gallery Presents Autumn Unplugged
|

“Seasons/Autumn Unplugged” showcases the work of talented artists from Minnesota, Wisconsin and Utah, ranging in age from 26 to 85. They include: Olexa Bulavitsky, Jerry Calingor, Richard Krogstad, Michele Combs, Leo Stans, Jim Hillis, Gary Max Collins and his son John Collins, Tom Foty, Howard Sivertson, Keith Wilcock, Harold Atkinson and Ashley Dull.
The “Seasons/Autumn Unplugged” exhibit continues through Dec. 13. The new exhibit “Winterscapes - Artful Windows on Winter” opens Dec. 16 and continue through Feb. 7. Exhibit brochures and pricing lists are available in the gallery.
Presented in collaboration with the Wilcock Gallery in Excelsior. All works will be available for sale and a portion of proceeds from each sale directly benefits the Arboretum.

If you are looking for gifts to give the loved-ones on your holiday shopping list, don’t miss a visit to the Arboretum Holiday Store located at the Galleria in Edina. You’ll find unique handcrafted jewelry, artful prints, specialty baking mixes, wood-turned bowls, pottery, nature books and other treasures. For collectors of yard art, the Yardley collection promises new one-of-a-kind pieces for the Galleria store, and patrons can expect a return of the ever-popular ironwork deer (the kind that will never graze on your hostas)!
For that hard-to-please person on your list, Arboretum gift cards and gift memberships are also be available. Special events include naturalist Jim Gilbert signing his popular book, “Minnesota Nature Notes,” Sunday, Dec. 6, from 1 to 3 p.m., and Eileen Zeisler signing her children’s book “Toads” Sunday, Dec. 13, 1-3 p.m.; Jan Dunlap signing her birdwatcher-themed murder mysteries from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 19.
The store is open 10 a.m. - 9 p.m., Mon. - Fri., 10 a.m. – 8 p.m., Sat. and 11 a.m. - 5 p.m., Sunday. Member discounts are honored at this satellite store.

Have a year-round garden by creating designs in containers outdoors using interesting branches, colorful berries, and other fruits from trees and shrubs. Take home your creation from this workshop.
