|Guided Nature Walks
Walk, explore, and learn from Matt's or Alan's wealth of wisdom, trivia, and wit: Enjoy an educational show-and-tell walk-and-talk with an expert at the Arboretum!
Through guided awareness exercises, Shinrin-yoku (translation: 'Forest Bathing') fosters a deep connection with nature that will nourish you -- mind, body and spirit.
These make-your-own-products classes will help you to explore fun and fascinating ways nature can enhance and soothe our well-being.
