Alex Roberts, Executive Chef and Owner
Carrie Riggs, Executive Pastry Chef, Alma
Restaurant

Alma is coming! A name synonymous with award-winning food, Executive Chef Alex Robert's restaurant was just revamped and is better than ever. You'll hear more about the new expansion as Alex and Carrie demonstrate their culinary skill and provide an exquisite meal you won't soon forget. Wine pairing samples will be served with a helping of science and wine grape research, compliments of the University's Horticulture Research Center. You won't want this evening to end, and may find yourself rushing home to make a reservation so you can have another taste!

NOTE

  • The Chef will be creating a customized seasonal menu for this program. We regret that we are unable to accommodate individualized changes to the menu.
  • Per University of Minnesota Policy, wine sampled is for educational tasting/pairing purposes and will be limited to small 2-oz pours per course. The maximum wine that can be served is 8 oz total throughout dinner service.
