Gardening School
Learn from expert instructors in the Midwest's largest and most spectacular classroom --- the 1,047-acre Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. Through lectures, demonstrations, on-site garden visits and hands-on activities, the Arboretum Gardening School offers rich opportunities for lifelong learning on a full range of topics.

Horticulture Techniques
Fine-tune your plant knowledge or learn a new gardening skill from expert instructors. The instructors are Arboretum staff, University of Minnesota scientists, and other invited guest speakers. The Arboretum gardens serve as classrooms and laboratories which make the classes especially unique.

Photography
Take advantage of a variety of classroom sessions and field expeditions lead by expert instructors to improve your photography skills. Opportunities include introductory, intermediate and advanced level classes, one-on-one training sessions with professional photographers, specialty workshops and classes, and hands-on photo excursions perfect for brushing-up or practicing new skills.

Saturday's in Bloom
Bring the Arboretum home, literally and beautifully! You will create a seasonal arrangement that's ready to adorn your coffee table or give as a gift, using exclusive Arboretum harvested flowers and foliage.

Walks and Fitness
Explore nature, stretch your legs and get some exercise all while being guided to explore the Arboretum's wild corners.  Join in to get aquainted with wildflowers, birds and other native inhabitants.  Enjoy what nature offers as the seasons change from spring to summer, fall and winter with all its wonders.
