Location
The Andersen Horticultural Library is located at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum in Chaska, Minnesota. The Library is housed on the main floor of the Leon C. Snyder Building. Our address is 3675 Arboretum Drive, Chaska, MN 55318.
There is an admission fee for entry into the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum, which is
waived for people who are Arboretum members or who come exclusively to do research in
the Andersen Horticultural Library.
Directions
Nine miles west of I-494 on State Hwy. 5; four miles west of Chanhassen on Hwy. 5; and
1/4mile west of the intersection of State Hwy. 41 on Hwy. 5.
FROM MINNEAPOLIS
- 35W to I-494 to State Hwy. 5 (exit 11C) OR 35W to 62 west and follow the signs to Hwy. 212, but do not exit the highway, continue west on Hwy. 5.
- Follow Hwy. 5 for 9 miles. Just past the intersection of State Hwy. 41 will be a brown sign on the right side of the road, just before the Arboretum entrance. On the left, you will see the large entrance sign. Turn left onto Arboretum Drive.
FROM ST. PAUL
- I-494 to State Hwy. 5 (exit 11C) OR take I-94 to I-494 and go south to State Hwy. 5 (exit 11C)
- Follow State Hwy. 5 for 9 miles, past the City of Chanhassen and the intersection of State. Hwy. 41. Just past the intersection of State Hwy. 41 will be a brown sign on the right side of the road, just before the Arboretum entrance. On the left you will see the large entrance sign. Turn left onto Arboretum Drive.
