Arboretum Cooking Series Features Local Chefs
‘Restaurateurs of the Year’ Share Signature Dishes
Chanhassen, Minn. (July 18) – The Minnesota Landscape Arboretum’s 2008 Cooking Series continues this summer with a spotlight on local “Restaurateurs of the Year” from such hot spots as The Birchwood Cafe, Craftsman, Lucia’s and more.
These demonstration-style classes include a 3-4 course meal, and a tasting of three different wines. Classes take place in the Harvest Kitchen in the Marion Andrus Learning Center unless otherwise mentioned. Attendees must be 21 years of age. Class fee is $50 per person for Arboretum members, $60 for non-members, unless otherwise noted. Named by Mpls./St. Paul Magazine as the 2007 “Restaurateurs of the Year,” these Twin Cities chefs lead the way in using farm-fresh, locally raised ingredients. Here’s a lineup of featured chefs:
