Wise Acre Eatery, Chef Shack (food truck) and Pat's Tap Join the Party!
Chanhassen, MN (July 17, 2012) - The Minnesota Landscape Arboretum's Toast & Taste in the Gardens, set for Thursday, July 26, from 6 to 9 p.m., celebrates fresh, local cuisine from top local independent restaurants/producers, including new-this-year participants Chef Shack (food truck), Pat's Tap, Sun Street Breads and Wise Acre Eatery.
All participating eateries/producers emphasize "fresh, local and green" foods and products - a perfect fit for a party set amid the Arboretum's gardens and greenery.
Here's the Toast & Taste lineup of restaurants/producers: Beez Kneez and University of MN Bee Squad (with MN Honey Producers Assn.), Arboretum Catering, Cafe Maude, Campus Club with Cornercopia (U of M student organic farm), Chef Shack, Corner Table, Crema Cafe, Dakota Jazz Club & Restaurant with Dragsmith Farms (of Barron, Wis.), Gardens of Salonica, Lakewinds Natural Foods, Mill City Farmers Market, Minneapolis Club, Muddy Paws Cheesecake, Pat's Tap, Prairie Bay Grill and Catering (of Baxter), SenYai Sen Lek Restaurant, Signature Cafe, Spoonriver, Sun Street Breads, Sturdiwheat (of Red Wing), Terra Waconia, The Strip Club, Turmeric Trail (spices), Two Pony Gardens of Long Lake, Three Goats in a Tub and Wise Acre Eatery.
