'Gophers in the Gardens'
June 1-Aug. 31, Arboretum grounds.
The University of Minnesota's "Goldy Gopher" is visiting the Arboretum!  Look for ten 5-foot tall Goldy statues - all distinctly decorated - in various Arboretum gardens.  It's all part of our "Summer in Motion" season!  Beginning late May, artists will be painting the statues for all to see.  Also, don't miss indoor exhibits on Goldy Gopher history & U of M plant introductions. Presented by Minnesota Corn Growers Association.

'Beauty in a Briefcase'
April 12-Oct. 13,  Snyder Building Lobby, Andersen Horticultural Library
A showcase of vibrant images from nursery salesmen's plate-books. 

'Outdoors Extraordinaire'
May 1-July 31, Reedy Gallery, Oswald Visitor Center
An exhibit of landscape paintings by the members of the Outdoor Painters of Minnesota (OPM), who enjoy the challenges and rewards of plein air painting. Presented by Wilcock Gallery and OPM.

Gershwin in Paris" is a musical tribute that features two of American icon George Gershwin's most loved works - An American in Paris and Rhapsody in Blue. Both performed in their original two-piano four-hand versions as arranged by George Gershwin himself. An evening of hits including favorites such as I've Got Rhythm, Embraceable You, and Nice Work If You Can Get It, this 'S Wonderful.   Performers: Bruce Henry, Irv Williams, Denis Evstuhin, Dan Newton and others.
