LET'S COOK TOGETHER! The March/April Newsletter listed the incorrect dates and prices for these classes. The correct information is below.
Explore tastes and textures & learn new seasonal recipes while you create a delicious and nutritious lunch. A great opportunity to bond with a young person in your life and/or expand the palate of a picky eater. While all sessions focus on making vegetables and whole grains fun and exciting, each session is unique, so you can sign up for all three! Taught by Arboretum Resident Chef (and mom of two preschoolers) Jenny Breen. (Food is as organic and local as possible.)
FEE per session: $15 per adult + $15 per child members/$17 per adult + $17 per child non-members, each adult can bring up to 2 children aged 4-14.
Session I: June 19, 9am - 12noon: Afternoon Snacks - Almond butter balls, smoothies, quesadilla bites, lettuce wraps and more. |

Session II: July 24, 9am - 12noon: Noodle Mania - From traditional spaghetti noodles to soba to rice, try many different noodles along with various seasonal and ethnic sauces.

Session III: August 14, 9am - 12noon: Global Breads - Tortillas, rice pancakes, flatbreads, & baguettes along with seasonal salads and spreads.
