2012 Summer Day Camps - Family Cooking (An Adult + Kids Aged 4-14)

LET'S COOK TOGETHER!

Explore tastes, textures, and seasonal recipes while you create a delicious and nutritious meal together. A great opportunity to bond with a young person in your life and/or expand the palate of a picky eater. We focus on ways to make vegetables and whole grains easy and delicious. (Food is as organic and local as possible.)

NEW! We've listened to your feedback and divided our family cooking classes into two age groups. Families with younger kids can now come in the morning and make lunch together, with a focus on safety and fun in the kitchen at a pace perfect for small hands and short attention spans. Families with older children can now join us in the afternoon to make an early supper together, with the ability to focus on more advanced cooking techniques at a more age-appropriate pace. Families who wish to bring two or more children that cross the age group distinctions are encouraged to simply make a choice that best fits their family.
