Join us for this traditional holiday, celebrated with chef Amalia Moreno-Damgaard's contemporary Guatemalan flair! The evening's festivities will include the launch of Chef Amalia's new cookbook, music by the marimba band Bato-Bato, a cooking demonstration of the amazing 48-ingredient fiambre, tastes and a cash bar. The Arboretum's book store will be open for the evening, and Chef Amalia will sign books following her cooking demonstration.
